Addie Shroyer: Her parents are Elizabeth and Ken Feser. Addie is working hard toward becoming a military surgical nurse.
Deer Park was flooded with classic cars, great music, smiling faces, and an endless supply of delicious root beer floats.
The Car Cruise and Root Beer Float event was held at the Hotspot April 30th and was a huge success. Collaborating for the event were the Deer Park Chamber of Commerce, the Deer Park Car Club, the Upriver Drive band, and The Pickett Fence.

The fourth wave of the pandemic has been under evaluation for weeks by experts, and their reports have led Governor Inslee to announce a two-week pause of the Roadmap to Recovery plan. During the pause, all Washington state counties will stay at their current phase. Then, after the two-weeks, each county will be re-evaluated.
Saturday Market is coming back this season. It is where you can stroll through a farmers market in Deer Park, checking out local food trucks, or display your own high-quality goods for your neighbors to purchase.
The City of Deer Park is sponsoring a clean green event for city residents only. The event will be Friday, May 7th and 8th from 8am – 4:30pm, at the City Maintenance Shop, located at Crawford & Stevens.
Mix Park will be the spot for Deer Park’s Brazilian Jiu Jitsu athletes to compete in this year’s Outdoor Jiu Jitsu Spokane Submission Challenge. Both local and outside competitors from Eastern Washington will meet to compete in all ages and skill levels.
