The detours will also be changing on Monday as the next stage of work will be started.  After opening during Phase 2, drivers will not be able to go north on Colvile from the intersection however they will be able to go south, east, or west. The end of phase one also includes the signage, bollards however there will be no street light at this time. Phase 2 will include the reconstruction of Colville Road, including its curb, gutter, sidewalk, waterline, and sewer replacement, from Crawford to 3rd.
