Summer Children Meals Program Update 7/26/2021

The Summer Meal Program, also known as the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Summer Food Service Program (SFSP), was created to help ensure children have nutritious meals when school is out of session. The Summer Meals Program provides free meals and snacks to people ages 1-18. The SFSP is a federally-funded, state-administered program. Different organizations like Deer Park, Riverside, and Mary Walker School Districts, and Spokane County Library District sponsor meals in our area. Clayton Rodeo Draws Large Crowd

The Clayton Pro West Rodeo 2021 returned Friday night, drawing a large crowd of rodeo fans eager to watch the competition between man and beast. Opening the Settlers Day event was the Tough Enough Drill Team performing a flag ceremony of exceptional equestrian ability, generating booming cheers for the Red, White, and Blue.
