Letter To Editor – Proud to live in Deer Park?

Typewriter with paper reading "Letters to the Editor"

Are you proud to live in Deer Park? Me too! The children in the Deer Park School District need our help. They are in overcrowded buildings.

The School District’s reputation determines many things: it attracts prosperity in the form of families, businesses and jobs, which in turn lowers the cost of local schools for everyone.

Our property values are only as good as our schools. Many community events take place at the schools from the Fourth of July fireworks to Winterfest.

When we pass the Levy and Bond, we will receive matching funds from Washington State, which will help finance needed new construction.

Let’s all remember to vote ‘yes’ in February and continue to support Deer Park.
