Ending Soon WinterFest Vendor Signup

Winter in Deer Park is about to get a whole lot more festive with the upcoming Deer Park Kiwanis WinterFest 2024. This event invites local vendors to showcase their talents, with the application deadline closing fast.

Deer Park Kiwanis is gearing up for Winterfest 2024, an annual community event with festivities, live music, athletic events, and more. Set to take place on January 13th, 2024, events will mainly take place at the Deer Park High School. Local vendors are invited to participate in the WinterFest by securing a space at the craft and vendor fair. This is an excellent opportunity for local businesses and artisans to showcase their products as well as for families to enjoy a day of fun and entertainment.

Vendor Application Details:
The vendor application has a hard deadline of December 31st, 2023, with a fee of $40 per space. Vendors interested in participating can submit their applications, fees, and a signed Hold Harmless Agreement to Deer Park Kiwanis at PO Box 1074, Deer Park, WA 99006. The event kicks off at 9am, with vendor setup starting at 8am. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, and supplies.

Hold Harmless Agreement:
As part of the application process, vendors are required to sign a Hold Harmless Agreement, acknowledging the inherent risks associated with participating in WinterFest, as any other open vendor event. This agreement emphasizes the voluntary nature of participation and releases the Deer Park Kiwanis Club, Deer Park School District, and the City of Deer Park from liability for any injuries, damages, or losses.

Contact Information:
For additional information and inquiries, interested parties can contact Marty Phanco, the Deer Park Kiwanis President and Vendor Coordinator, at [email protected] or by phone at 509-879-1450.
