Dear Editor of the Deer Park Gazette,

I really appreciate the Local News coverage from the Deer Park Gazette. 

It is great to see the colorful photos from the Clayton Brickyard Day! The writer’s enthusiastic descriptions were appreciated, too.

A firefighter’s description of “how it was” on the scene of a wildfire and her advice to homeowners and residents was very interesting and helpful.

In other words: there is a lot of good, informative reading at the Deer Park Gazette online.

I’ve lived here most of my life. I remember when the Deer Park Tribune was full of local news and local information. That is no longer true.

In the years when Bill & Bette Cox were the publishers, we had a really interesting, informative newspaper.

Now local residents have a new & different source of information.
