Deer Park Library Cool Again

The Deer Park Library has officially reopened and returned to regular operating hours. The building had been closed since August 2nd due to an air conditioning equipment failure.

Their closure was extended longer than anticipated because of supply chain issues, which delayed getting the needed parts to repair the air condition unit. Deer Park Library had a soft opening on September 13th and was open to the public until 6pm that day. The library announced on September 14th, via their website, that they were back to usual operations starting that same day. The staff reports that the air conditioner is working great, and they look forward to seeing everyone back.

Deer Park Library’s regular hours of operation are:

  • Monday 10am-8pm
  • Tuesday 10am-8pm
  • Wednesday 10am-8pm
  • Thursday 10am-6pm
  • Friday 10am-6pm
  • Saturday 10am-8pm
  • Sunday 1pm–5pm
