Free Grocery Assistances This Summer

2nd Harvest Mobile Market has partnered up with Faith Lutheran Church to provide free groceries to anyone in need of food assistance during the months of June, July, and August.

The first of the three events planned will be on June 16th from 10am to 12 noon. This event is open to the public and does not require any documentation. The other two will be on July 21st and August 18th.

Faith Lutheran Church has been sponsoring this event for a number of years now, and has been able to help many people in the process. Sponsorship does not just involve paying for some expenses needed to have the 2nd Harvest Mobile Market come to Deer Park, but also organizes volunteers and provides the location for distribution at their parking lot at 214 S. Weber Rd, Deer Park, WA 99006.

2nd Harvest is always looking for groups to partner with that will help bring their services to local communities. To learn more about how you can host a food or fund drive, go to: 2-harvest.org/host-a-fundraiser/
