Eight year old Christopher Anderson took his violin and astounding talent on a community service showcase to both the GreenHouse and Deer Park CHAS clinic during the holidays, to raise the spirits of all who heard his music.
Violin in tow, Christopher Anderson, age eight, visited the GreenHouse and Deer Park’s CHAS clinic this holiday season to help spread some much needed cheer. This gifted young musician enjoys sharing his incredible talent with others.
Christopher’s mom, Lanny Anderson, shared about Christopher’s early passion and ability for music. “He started to learn violin when he was 2 [years] 9 [months] and piano when he was 3 [years] 9 [months],” she stated. By the time he was 6 years old, he took 3rd place at Musicfest.
In years past, Christopher has taken his violin throughout Deer Park and Spokane, playing at Deer Park Zip’s as well as Shriners and Sacred Heart Children’s hospitals in Spokane; this year, however, the family decided to stay closer to home. Christopher also plays for friends, family and neighbors.
