Deer Park’s Rockwood Multicare Clinic Closed Permanently

Rockwood Multicare Deer Park Clinic Closes

Earlier this year, Rockwood Multicare Clinics were consolidated in an effort to decrease the number of face-to-face visits amidst the coronavirus epidemic. The Multicare clinic in Deer Park was one of the clinics to temporarily redirect patients to the Northpointe clinic at 605 N. Holland Ave. More recently, Rockwood made the decision to permanently close the Deer Park location, shifting the clinic’s family medicine service completely to this Northpointe location.

Patients can continue to receive the same great care by their current providers at Northpointe. In addition to family medicine, this location offers multiple speciality care services, now including: orthopedics, pediatrics, physical therapy, optometry, and ophthalmology among others.

Masks are currently required for in-person visits; one will be provided to those without. Rockwood Multicare also offers a Virtual Care option, with virtual visits available via email or video chat that can be accessed from the comfort of your own home.
