Community Thanksgiving

If you or your family are looking for a good old fashioned community banquet for Thanksgiving this year, there are two separate events you can choose from.

On November 23rd from 4-6pm, a free Thanksgiving meal will be held at Deer Park High School. The event, which is hosted by Christ’s Church of Deer Park, encourages you to “invite your friends, family, and neighbors and enjoy a delicious Thanksgiving meal with us.”

In addition, the event has a “mobile meal team” that will deliver meals to those who are housebound due to injury or disability, or for the elderly, within the Deer Park city limits. To inquire, call Christ’s Church at 509-276-5551.
