Deer Park Dollars for Scholars(DPDS) gives scholarships to local students. Seventeen exceptional graduating students from Deer Park School District were awarded this year. With a diverse range of scholarships available, DPDS supports students’ educational dreams.
Deer Park student Johnathan Brooks secured second place in the 2023 Congressional Art Competition for Washington’s Fifth Congressional District. His watercolor painting, “A Feast,” will be proudly displayed in Congresswoman Cathy McMorris Rodgers’ Spokane office.
Hamburger, a watercolor painting by local Deer Park Homelink student Johnathan Brooks placed fourth in the annual Congressional Art Competition in Washington State Congressional District #5. The painting will be displayed in Congresswoman McMorris-Rodgers Walla Walla’s office.
