This not-for-profit task is to gather donated formal dresses and give them away to girls who otherwise might not be able to afford a dazzling dress to wear to prom. Dale Wray of Deer Park, WA passed away at home on Friday January 20, 2023 with family by his side at the age of 76. He was born on June 3rd, 1946 in Lethbridge, Alberta to Wilbert “Webb” and Alice Wray and raised in Medicine Hat, Alberta. In 1971, he married Brenda Tarr.
