Kathryn Ann Starr
Kathy Starr, born in December 1947 in Garden City, Kansas, passed away surrounded by family. She devoted her life to her faith, her family, and her community. Kathy met David Starr at Western Baptist Bible College, and together they built a life of ministry and service.
 
She was known for her creativity — especially her love of gardening and flowers, canning and preserving food, and her passion for sewing, from hand‑sewn alterations and wedding dresses to quilts made with care. Kathy touched many lives through her work, teaching, and kindness.
 
She is survived by David; her children Greg Starr, Kimberly Hamilton and husband Tony, Jennifer Mueller and husband Paul, and Victoria Starr; her grandchildren Brayden Mueller, Janae Mueller, Taya Hamilton, and Drisk Mueller and wife Ima; her two great‑granddaughters; and her siblings Karen, Michael, and Alfred.

Chris’s passion was the Thrift Store he owned with his mother in Deer Park, WA. His enthusiasm, faith, values, and gentle demeanor had a way of making everyone who came in feel welcome and appreciated.
