The initial incident occurred just before 11pm on June 10th, 2024, when Spokane Police responded to a shooting report at a residence in the 400 block of E Empire Ave. According to reports, several people arrived at the home in a vehicle and were recognized by the residents. A physical altercation ensued, during which one of the males produced a firearm and fired multiple shots at a resident. Fortunately, none of the residents were struck by the gunfire.
