Summer Concert Series Seeks Sponsors

Get ready for a new chapter in the Deer Park Summer Concert Series as Deer Park Promotions teams up with Cloverleaf Education Services to bring entertainment to Deer Park. They are currently seeking sponsors to help make this event as large and successful as possible.

The Deer Park Summer Concert Series is an eight-Saturday festival integrating local youth organizations and talent, together with high quality musical talent in our area. The festival will include a vendor fair and local food trucks, creating a lively atmosphere for attendees. The concerts will start at 5pm with performances by local youth, followed by the “headliner” playing from 6pm to 8pm.

The collaboration with various youth groups to assist as “General Volunteers” is a new aspect of this year’s concert series. These groups will have the opportunity to present their organizations, inform the public about their goals and missions, and assist in fundraising efforts.

Sponsorship Opportunities
The Deer Park Summer Concert Series offers sponsorship opportunities for local businesses and individuals. Donations are tax-deductible through Cloverleaf Education Services, a 501(c)(3) organization (Tax ID# 88-2801700). All sponsors will be publicly recognized and appreciated. Contributions exceeding $250 will feature the sponsor’s logo or business card on promotional materials, such as posters and banners. This invites the community to support this endeavor and help ensure the success of this local event.

Please make checks payable to: Cloverleaf Education Services.
Mail to: Hazel McGillivray, 303 E C St, Deer Park, WA 99006.
