Santa’s Joy Ride In Deer Park This Week

Spokane County Fire District 4 firefighters will be escorting Santa through Deer Park neighborhoods this week. Starting tonight, families can catch a glimpse of Santa’s sleigh and his entourage of local heroes! Read on to learn about this festive event’s specific locations and times.

Santa Claus is coming to town!  He will be joyriding the streets of Deer Park with his friends from Spokane County Fire District 4. This festive crew travels to bring joy to the community and spread cheer to residents of all ages. Deer Park residents will have the opportunity to see Santa and his firefighter companions on four different days this week. Each day’s journey will take place between 6pm and 9pm. 

  • On December 18th, they will cover the area north of Crawford Street and west of Colville Road. 
  • On December 19th, Santa and friends will visit neighborhoods north of Crawford Street and east of Colville Road. 
  • On December 20th, the group will make their way through neighborhoods south of Crawford Street and east of Colville Road. 
  • On December 21st, they will wrap up their tour in neighborhoods south of Crawford Street and west of Colville Road.


December 22nd will serve as a makeup day if, for some reason, a day or location was not reached, ensuring every child has a chance to see Santa.

As the sirens echo through the streets and the twinkling lights of Santa’s sleigh illuminate the night sky, Deer Park residents can look forward to a festive experience. So, bundle up the family, step outside, and join the community in waving to Santa as he passes by, accompanied by the firefighters of Spokane County Fire District 4.
