Gathering in Gratitude: Deer Park’s Annual Thanksgiving Meal

Archive Photo: Free Thanksgiving Dinner at Deer Park High School.

Christ’s Church of Deer Park is set to host their annual free community Thanksgiving meal. This event serves as a hearty prelude to Thanksgiving and aims to foster a sense of community spirit and gratitude among attendees.

This year’s event promises to celebrate unity and appreciation, bringing people together to share in the joy of the holiday season. It will be held on November 18th, from 4pm to 6pm, at Deer Park High School at 800 S. Weber Rd. All are invited to attend and encouraged to bring friends, family, and neighbors, fostering a sense of inclusivity and shared joy.

The idea behind this community gathering is simple yet powerful – to provide a space where individuals and families can come together to enjoy a delightful Thanksgiving meal and express gratitude for the tight-knit Deer Park community.

As Deer Park prepares for this upcoming celebration, it’s worth noting that the spirit of community generosity extends beyond this event. If you know of any other free Thanksgiving meals in our area, we invite you to share the information on our Facebook page https://fb.me/deerparkgazette. Let’s spread the warmth and goodwill throughout our community.
