Deer Park Yard Sale 2023: The Ultimate Bargain Hunt!

Mark your calendars because the Deer Park Yard Sale (DPYS) is just around the corner! For over ten years, this weekend event held annually in August has been a local tradition you want to attend. Whether hosting a sale or looking for amazing bargains, the DPYS is the place to be.

The Deer Park City Wide Yard Sale has been helping the community declutter, downsize, and uncover hidden treasures since 2009. It’s not just for local consumers either—bargain hunters from neighboring areas and even as far as Idaho, Oregon, and Canada have joined us, boosting our local economy along the way.

Gather your family, friends, and neighbors, and let’s make this year’s event the most memorable one yet! See you from August 4th thru August 6th at the Deer Park Yard Sale!

Here’s how you can get involved:

Hosts:

  • Spread the word about your sale! While Deer Park Yard Sale will advertise the sales, your help is crucial. Tell your friends and neighbors, and encourage them to participate.
  • Create eye-catching signs to guide visitors to your sale.
  • For more hosting tips and tricks, visit DPYardSale.com/hosting-yard-sale-tips.

Shoppers:

  • Make a shopping list and plan your route in advance to maximize your time.
  • Don’t forget to bring refreshments to keep yourself fueled and hydrated.
  • Feel free to ask questions and negotiate prices for the best deals.
  • For more shopping tips, visit DPYardSale.com/yard-sale-shopping-tips.

The Deer Park Yard Sale is sponsored by the Deer Park Gazette and TRECpro.

A map of all the sales will be available on the Deer Park Yard Sale website Thursday night before the sale starts, along with detailed information about each location. If you’re a business owner interested in holding a sidewalk sale, we can also include your site on the map. Best of all, registering and adding your sale is completely free!

For more information, visit DPYardSale.com. Check out the FAQ page for quick answers to common questions, and if you have any further inquiries, the contact form is there to assist you. Remember to stay updated by following DPYS on Facebook at Fb.me/dpyardsale.
