Color Contest Results 2020

Wow!  This was the best turnout of coloring artists we’ve ever had! There were 55 total entries this year:  26 Kids, 19 Tween/Teen and 10 Adults. The decisions were incredibly difficult to make, and we would give you all a prize if we could!

The Editorial Team agonized over this decision for a long time.  We love looking at all the colors and styles of your work! Though we can only have one winner in each category, we want to honor some other standout entries.

Kids

Of note, eight of the 26 Kids entries were ages five and under. To this group of our youngest entrants: I applaud your use of colors and artistic choices.  I look forward to seeing more art from you in the coming years!

  • Winner: Anebelle M.
  • Honorable Mention: Ben H.
  • Honorable Mention: Cora
  • Honorable Mention: Kash P.
  • Honorable Mention: Vienna B.
  • Honorable Mention: Emily U.

Tweens to Teens

There were 19 entries in this category; the ages were from 10 to 18 years old. This amazing group also presented a grand variety of designs and compositions.  Choosing was so difficult.

  • Winner: Danica O.
  • Honorable Mention: Samantha E.
  • Honorable Mention: Isaac G.

Adults

Well done to the grown-ups as well!  We hope this coloring exercise helped you relax for a few minutes while you took time to be artistic.  The collection of work in this category was also highly competitive, which made it difficult to select a single winner.

  • Winner: Sheily C.
  • Honorable Mention: Rowan F. & Tiara C.
  • Honorable Mention: Denise H.

Thank you to all who entered!

Because of the sheer amount of entries, we could not fit all of the coloring page submissions in the printed paper, but they are all available for your viewing pleasure here online.
