Deer Park Chamber of Commerce Auction

Saturday, October 13th, you’re invited to join the Chamber members at the Eagles Lodge for their 3rd annual benefit auction. Come for a savory prime rib dinner; stay for a host of auction items, raffles, and door prizes. Chuck Bronkhurst will oversee and call the live auction, while Bill Weger caters the wonderful meal.

There will be a new addition this year: a head table that may be reserved by individuals, a company, or group.  This special seating will have its own private chef and menu.

Tickets for the dinner will be available soon through the Chamber office, and must be purchased in advance of the evening so that catering has an accurate headcount. If you want to join the fun just for the auctions, tickets will be available at the door.

In years past, the funds raised by the meal and auctions have gone to various community projects, such as park improvements. This year the funds raised will go directly back into developing our local economy. The Chamber of Commerce hopes to bring on someone to expand their marketing and outreach efforts, improve customer service to members, and improve overall administrative operations.

Doors open at 5pm.  The fun continues until 9pm.  $20 in advance includes the meal, $15 at the door for just the auction event.
