Fairground Apartments Open & Available

[rev_slider alias=”fairgrounds”][/rev_slider]

Three new apartment buildings have been going up in the old fairgrounds along Main Street over the last few months. One of these buildings was recently finished and the first renters have already moved in. When we toured the buildings, it was impressive to see how spacious the bedrooms and bathrooms are in comparison to other apartments. The doors and hallways were also wide and allowed for easy access.

The other two buildings should be completed in just a couple of weeks, one in mid-May and the other by mid-June. There are twelve units in each building for a total of 36 units. Two and three bedroom units are available now. Each apartment includes a carport, dishwasher, washer and dryer. One car garages are also available.

I am impressed and grateful for the prioritization the School Board and Bond Committee are giving to the feedback they’ve received from the community about concerns over an increase in their tax bill. Every Committee and Board member I’ve encountered is eager to answer questions.
