Stags Beat Cascade, Advance To State

With a 4-0 victory over Cascade on Saturday, the Deer Park High School soccer team punched its ticket to the 1A state tournament for the fifth time in the past eight seasons. The Stags (15-2-1 overall) will play a first-round match against Bear Creek (16-1-2) at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday at Union Stadium in Mead.
