That my identity in Christ is dependent upon who I vote for or don’t vote for? Shall I say then that it is my Christian Duty to vote for Biden or Trump? Neither statement is valid. The shame is a false equivalence within political and false religious dogma.
On Thursday, February 1″ the boys’ and girls’ basketball teams from Riverside traveled to Newport for the final regular-season games against the Grizzlies. Both girls’ teams experienced injuries to key players during the season and had endured humiliating lopsided losses. In the first meeting, Riverside had won by 30. On that morning, as my granddaughter, who plays for Riverside, and I did our morning chores on the farm, I said to her “Lets’ show a little class tonight.” She was way ahead of me and commented…
I would like to urge you to vote YES for the Deer Park School bond and levy. As someone who grew up here, I have seen tremendous growth in Deer Park, especially in the last few years. Both my husband and I are lifelong residents of the area and graduated from Deer Park schools, as did our 2 sons.
I am writing to express my strong support for the upcoming bond and levy measures for the Deer Park School District. These initiatives are crucial for the continued growth and improvement of our schools.
Gender inclusion policies were addressed during public comments at the Deer Park School Board meeting when a parent raised concerns. The board clarified they are legally mandated by state law to provide the inclusions.
